South Beach Hotel

Located adjacent to the Boulan, Sobe Hotel was a full restoration and renovation of an historic South beach hotel. The project was challenging with respect to the requirements of the city to preserve the building while making it fully code compliant. The hotel was closed completed for a period of time as the life safety systems were all replaced. Our favorite feature of the building is the courtyard, which is tropical and relaxing spot in the middle of busy south beach.
