Boulan Hotel Suites

Located in the heart of world famous south Beach, Boulan is a block from the beach and caters to Decembers Art Basel events and celebrities throughout the year. Our project, one of several in the building was to expand the hotel internally, taking over space previously intended for retail and create suites for the hotel. In an open and operating hotel, executing this project was no small task, but the result are several efficient but comfortable, high-revenue generating suites that over look Collins Ave, adding to Boulan’s cache as a boutique hotel on the beach.
