Projects shown in the portfolio are presented for illustrative and informational purposes. Inclusion of a project does not imply current commercial availability, current ownership, or endorsement by the project's owner. Where photographs are credited, those credits identify the photographer and reservation of their rights.

Information presented on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute architectural, engineering, legal, or financial advice. Any engagement of M3's services is governed by a separate written agreement executed between M3 and the client.
