As a franchise location of a popular local fitness brand, the challenge was to design to meet all party's requirements. The franchisor has color, material, and graphic requirements. The tenant and franchisor wanted a high-design oriented aesthetic, and the landlord had a long list of technical requirements and constraints. Assimilating all these factors to create the space was the challenge, and we topped it off with high-quality woodwork from a local millwork fabricator to give the space some distinct features.
