Curve retail is one of the several retail spaces that we completed within the Boulan Hotel block. We performed services for both the landlord side and the tenant side on the project, and also assisted with the lease scope of work to ensure a smooth project. Right on Collins Ave and 21st St, Curve was a high-end, highly visible retail space.
