Located along Coral Way at 27th Ave, this project includes an adjacent Citibank and includes retail, restaurant, office, and medical tenants. Interfacing well with Coral Way directly via a driveway under the front of the building, as well as to the block to the rear, access is creative and convenient. Our team was brought in approximately halfway through construction to reorganize and rejuvenate the project. Within 30 days we were able to garner the trust of all the team players, rework some of the processes, speed up construction, and more closely protect the owner's interests.
