Boulan Cafe

Located in the retail segment of the Boulan Hotel directly on Collins Ave, street side cafes are a particular challenge with respect to the City of Miami Beach, and we have done multiple venues. The space was designed, built and opened quickly with our established team, facilitating additional revenue to the Boulan Hotel above, as Charles Street Café also handled the room service for the entire hotel as well. The venue was featured in local food magazines for their food offerings, and design.
